In family law, we don’t just have cases, we help families. Here at Rosquete Law P.A. special attention is paid to each particular family to reach the outcome that best helps you move on from the hard times that brought you here in the first place.
Whether you are ready to have contested divorce or an uncontested divorce I can help you choose which process would benefit you and explain the pros and cons of each.
As a simple explanation the main difference is that in an uncontested divorce the couple has come to an agreement which takes care of all aspects of their divorce and would like the court to ratify it. In a contested divorce, while the couple may be in agreement as to some aspects, they are not in agreement as to all and would like the court to make a decision for them.
In either case your rights are at stake and you should always consult with an attorney prior to entering into any divorce proceedings so that you can understand exactly what your rights are before making a decision.
Child support is your child’s right not the parent’s. If you are ready to fight for the child support that your child deserves or have come to an agreement with your ex, I can help you calculate the right amount pursuant to Florida law that your child is entitled to. Many times parents come to an agreement as to child support without any Florida Law based calculations. These calculations are meant to protect your child and make sure they receive the support they are entitled to. Whether by agreement or through the court process I can make sure that your child is awarded the child support they are entitled to.
There are many misconceptions as to what time sharing and visitation rights parents enjoy in Florida. The answer depends on many different factors such as marriage of the parents, acknowledgments of paternity, and previously established parenting plans, to name a few.
I will listen to your particular set of circumstances and advice you as to your right towards your time with your child and what the best course of action is in your case to obtain your desired results.
